AC-211N-SR Gizmo (Sunrocket / Teleblend)

Hi,
Can someone please guide me on how to unlock/reset AC-211N-SR gizmo from Sunrocket / teleblend.
I have already seen various postings telling how to do it for other gizmos (including AC-211-SR & others).

I have attempted (without any sign-up with Nuvio) following.

But it doesn't seem to work for me ( I am not even go to login screen for Gizmo when connected to LAN port directly)
I intend to configure it with GrandCentral+GizmoProject.
Is it possible to unlock this device (after teleblend provisioning done already)? if yes, I will appreciate any pointers / step-by-step instructions.
